Anyone has periods when work piles up, the boss is ticked and stress is high. But there’s a difference between a bad day or week at the office and burnout.
There are three components of burnout:
Your general well-being:
Do you feel depleted of energy, like a car running on empty?
Your relationship with work:
Do you feel apathetic, unable to concentrate; like you’re “going through the motions?”
Your self-evaluation:
Do you doubt that you’re doing important work and that you’re good at it?
Having any one of these feelings doesn’t constitute burnout. It’s the accumulation and frequency of symptoms that should be a warning sign.
So Be Happy & Enjoy the life as it goes by your decision & Willingness.Sometimes It may be Honey or Sour?
It Depends upon your View & Thoughts.
